The hotel will come up in a five- acre site located about 2.75 km from the Passenger Terminal Building (PTB). The hotel, in all, will have 300 keys, of which 120 will be developed in the first phase. It will be equipped with an all-day dining restaurant, speciality restaurant, bar, business centre, conference halls, health, spa, swimming pool, leisure and recreation facilities, GMR here stated in a press release.
The lease term for operating the hotel is for a period often years, which can be extended further on mutual agreement. As per the agreement, Accor will operate, manage and maintain the hotel in accordance with Novotel Brand standards as followed worldwide. According to GHIAL chief operating officer T Srinagesh, the hotel is being developed in line with the practice followed by all leading air ports across the world.
