GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL), the developer of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad, has awarded the contract for setting up and running the call centre services to Vajja Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The call centre will work in two shifts till March 10 and thereafter be a 24-hour service manned by trained staff. Customers can use this service to get information on features and facilities available at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad, Hyderabad at the convenience and flexibility of a phone call.

Mr. Rajgopal Swami, CFO, GMR HIAL, said that we are very happy to be associated with Vajja Technologies for setting up this call centre. He also added that people can call the Toll Free number 1800 102 2008 between 6 AM – 10 PM on any day. However, from March 10, 2008, the service will be available around the clock.
