| There has been an enormous increase in the air traffic movements (ATMs) as also the number of passengers by over 13% as compared to the corresponding period of the previous year at the Begumpet airport. |

| RGIA handled 248 (220 domestic + 28 International) flights a day in the first fifty days of its operations as compared to the Begumpet airport in the corresponding last year which was 218 (190 domestic & 28 international). The new airport has handled 30 additional domestic ATM's during the fifty days. |
